The world lost an exceptional human being way too soon. Greg was a role model, an inspiration, a warrior, and a brainiac! He was generous, trustworthy, extremely intelligent (I believe a genius), and incredibly unselfish. He would help you in any way he could and be happy to do it. His value to the electrical industry was immeasurable as he led the WECA Apprenticeship programs for dozens of years. His foresight and ambition for the program exceeded all his peers. His compassion and level-handed counseling of apprentices was unmatched, as was his consistency in upholding the integrity of the program. He represented Rex Moore as if it was his own company, and he helped promote our industry, the merit shop electrical industry, with the unselfish principle of "rising tides raise all ships". He was combination attorney, accountant, CEO, instructor, electrician and counselor. He was an incredible man I was privileged to "Proudly" call My Friend. We lost a Great One!

Ever since I was employed by WECA, I’ve known Greg. He was the kind of person that would tell you like it is, and not beat around the bush. I can recall a conversation he and I had. He said to me, “If you plan, you can do whatever you set your mind to.” That has resonated with me all of these years and inspired me to do things I never thought I would do. He will truly be missed. I wish you all strength and courage to face the days ahead and encourage you to cherish your memories forever.

I had the pleasure of working with Greg for over 10 years at Rex Moore. He was not just my boss, but also a mentor who guided me throughout my career here. Greg taught me so much—always straightforward, never sugarcoating anything—yet imparting wisdom in ways I often didn't realize at the time. His influence has been invaluable. I am deeply honored to have been mentored by such an amazing person. I hope to make him proud as I continue my career at Rex Moore. Greg, you will be profoundly missed

I'm shell shocked! Greg was a client who became a friend. He never did anything without giving it his all. After a wonderful career at Rex Moore and years of dedicated service to WECA he was happily rolling into retirement. I know his passing is a devastating blow to all who knew him. My heartfelt condolences to Cheryl. He will be missed!

Greg Anderson was more than just an exceptional HR director; he was a mentor, a leader, and a guiding light for all who had the privilege of working alongside him. His dedication to our association was unwavering, and his contributions were invaluable. Greg brought his knowledge and commitment to every role he undertook, whether serving on the Board, the Executive Committee, or as our esteemed Board President or as the HR director at Rexmoore. Personally, Greg was someone I deeply admired. His integrity, work ethic, and genuine care for others made him a role model in every sense of the word. He wasn’t just a boss; he was a friend and a mentor who inspired me to strive for excellence in all that I do. Greg's legacy will live on in the countless lives he touched and the lasting impact he made on our organization. He will be greatly missed, but his spirit and influence will continue to guide us for years to come.

I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Greg. He was truly a great man, an inspiring leader and gifted with a sharp mind. I met him when I became the Ex-officio Treasurer for WECA, his kindness and welcoming spirit toward me, gave me a love for the Electrical Contractors that I had never experienced in the CPA world. Of the few men I have met personally that have been an inspiration, Greg was one of the greats that I have met in my life. He will be deeply missed, but his legacy will live on. God bless his family during this time.

I wanted to thank you for a start so long ago with Rex Moore driving the B-25 service truck. You were always fair with me, and taught me how important taking care of your staff is. You will be missed Greg.

Greg was one of the most important cylinders within the WECA motor. He made things turn, created synergy amongst those of us on the Board, and his knowledge of the history of WECA is second to none. As a legacy leader within WECA Greg was the consistent professional that showed all of us passion, courtesy, and humor while remaining diplomatic and fair! He was a role model and mentor to me and many other WECA Board members and has left a lasting impression upon my our vision for Apprenticeship within our Industry. I've made many friends in WECA and Greg certainly is at the top of this list. You did well my friend you did well. Farewell "Mr. Anderson" as we would call him ~ your impressions will last forever!

Greg hired me as an apprentice back in 1999 with Rex Moore. He changed the course of my life and career. Greg is a great Human Being and will be missed by everyone who knew him.

I have much respect for Greg as a professional and had the pleasure to serve with him at WECA. It is my loss that I did not have the pleasure to have known him personally but we did share a love for the outdoors. Greg will be missed and our thoughts and prayers go to his loved ones.

Lee Bowman from Platt Electric Supply. it was my pleasure to be able to work with Greg in the Trade for years. He was a gentleman and I valued my time I got to work and be able to spend time with Greg. I'm sorry to hear about this. Truly did so much for WECA and Apprenticeship with the State of California. Greg was my friend, a friend of 25 years. Greg hired me to run CFEC and he watched me marry my wife, raise my children and he helped me to grow as a man. I am devestated by his loss and feeling a bit lost. He leaves a hole no one can ever fill and I will miss him and his words and insight. God grant you eternal peace, Greg. RIP

To me, Greg was a fellow board member, friendly competitor, mentor and most importantly a friend. He gave so much to WECA and those around him. He lived life to the fullest and at times I'd live through his adventures. Only a few times in my life have I had a friend that creates a void that can't be filled when they pass and Greg is one of them. I don't like having regrets but I'll always regret not taking that ride through the desert together that we'd talked about so many times. So long my friend, Ian
