Dear WECA Commercial Electrical Apprentices,

The new benefit year (covering October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025) has begun.

The Anthem Blue Cross ID cards have been mailed out. Please review your ID card(s) upon receipt. If you would like to change your primary care physician, please call Anthem Blue Cross's customer service number listed on the back of your ID card. This year, you will receive one ID card for all three benefits (medical, dental, and vision).

Use one of the attached flyers to register with Anthem Blue Cross and have quick and secure digital access to your health insurance information. Additionally, you may also access important Anthem Blue Cross benefit information here.
